Terms of Service

The rules and expectations for using the FluxStore platform.

Effective: March 7, 2026Version 1.0.0

1.Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FluxStore platform at fluxstore.net and any associated services (the "Service"), operated by SiriusMC Networks ("FluxStore", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, setting up a store, or making a purchase through a FluxStore-powered storefront, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data.

2.Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

  • Service: the FluxStore platform including the dashboard, storefront hosting, checkout, command delivery, analytics, APIs, and all related tools.
  • Store Owner: the person or entity that creates and operates a store on the FluxStore platform.
  • Buyer: any person who makes a purchase through a FluxStore-powered storefront.
  • Storefront: the public-facing store page hosted by FluxStore, accessible via a FluxStore subdomain or a custom domain.
  • Packages: the digital goods, services, or items listed for sale on a Storefront.
  • Platform Fee: the fixed fee charged by FluxStore for use of the Service under the Store Owner's chosen plan.
  • Payment Provider: the payment processor connected by the Store Owner to accept storefront payments. Currently supported options are Stripe (using the Store Owner's own API key), Stripe Connect (where the Store Owner remains the merchant of record), or PayPal (using the Store Owner's own API key).
  • Team Member: any user invited by a Store Owner and assigned a role with specific permissions.

3.What FluxStore provides

FluxStore is a hosted e-commerce platform designed for Minecraft communities. We provide the technology infrastructure, including storefront hosting, checkout pages, payment gateway integrations, command delivery to game servers, subscription billing, gift cards, coupons, analytics, team management, custom templates, custom domains via Cloudflare for SaaS, and Discord integration.

FluxStore is a platform, not a seller

All sales made through a FluxStore-powered Storefront are transactions between the Store Owner and the Buyer. FluxStore is not a party to these transactions, is not the seller or merchant of record, and does not control the quality, legality, or delivery of the Packages sold. FluxStore facilitates the transaction infrastructure but assumes no liability for the goods sold or disputes arising from them.

In plain terms, FluxStore:

  • Does: host storefronts, provide checkout UI, integrate with payment providers, deliver commands to servers, provide analytics and dashboard tools
  • Does not: sell goods, handle refunds or disputes, hold payment funds, provide tax or legal advice, guarantee specific uptime, or mediate between Store Owners and Buyers

4.Eligibility and accounts

Store Owner accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal capacity in your jurisdiction) to create a Store Owner account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
  • Each account must represent a single person or legal entity. Sharing account credentials outside of the Team Member system is not permitted.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and enable two-factor authentication where available.
  • FluxStore is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials.

Account approval

FluxStore reserves the right to refuse registration, require additional verification, or suspend any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where we suspect fraud, misrepresentation, or Terms violations.

5.Plans, fees, and payment

Free and Pro plans

FluxStore offers a Free plan with no time limit and a Pro plan with additional features. We do not charge a percentage of your storefront transactions, only fixed Platform Fees for Pro access.

How you pay for Pro

Pro access can be purchased in two ways, both processed through Stripe:

  • Pay-as-you-go: purchase 1, 3, or 6 months of Pro access as a one-time payment. Days are counted down and Pro access expires when they run out.
  • Monthly subscription: a recurring monthly payment billed automatically through Stripe. You can cancel at any time and retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

All Platform Fee payments are processed via Stripe Managed Payments. When you purchase a plan, you are redirected to Stripe's hosted checkout page. FluxStore does not directly access or store your payment card details for platform billing. This is separate from storefront payments. See Store Owner obligations for details on how storefront payment processing works.

Expiration and grace period

When pay-as-you-go days run out or a subscription ends, there is a short grace period during which Pro features remain active. After the grace period expires, your store will revert to the Free plan. No data is deleted, and you can upgrade again at any time to restore Pro features.

Refunds and pricing changes

  • Platform Fees are non-refundable except at FluxStore's sole discretion.
  • We may change plan pricing with reasonable advance notice. New pricing takes effect at the next purchase or billing cycle, not retroactively on existing prepaid periods.

6.Store Owner obligations

As a Store Owner on FluxStore, you take on significant responsibilities. You are the seller and the merchant of record for all sales on your Storefront.

Merchant of record responsibilities

  • You are the seller. Your name (or your Payment Provider's descriptor) appears on the Buyer's payment statement.
  • You are solely responsible for: product descriptions, pricing, delivery of Packages, refund and return policies, customer support, and handling disputes.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction and the jurisdictions of your Buyers, including consumer protection, e-commerce, and distance selling regulations.
  • You should have a refund policy visible to Buyers on your Storefront, or clearly state if no refunds are offered.

Payment Provider compliance

  • You must connect your own Payment Provider account (Stripe, Stripe Connect, or PayPal) to accept payments on your Storefront. All funds flow directly to your Payment Provider account. FluxStore does not hold or receive storefront payment funds.
  • If you use Stripe Connect, your Stripe account is linked to FluxStore's platform Stripe account. This means FluxStore can access your connected account's transaction data (including payment amounts, statuses, partial card details, and associated Buyer information) via the Stripe API. This access is used to facilitate order processing, command delivery, and to display transaction history in the dashboard.
  • If you use your own Stripe API key or PayPal API key, payment data is processed entirely through your own account. FluxStore cannot access transaction details on your account. We only receive confirmation data (such as payment status and transaction ID) via webhooks or checkout callbacks.
  • You must maintain an active, compliant account with your chosen Payment Provider.
  • You must comply with your Payment Provider's terms of service and acceptable use policies.
  • FluxStore is not responsible for Payment Provider account suspensions, holds, or restrictions.

Tax obligations

You are solely responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and remitting any applicable sales tax, VAT, or other taxes on your sales. FluxStore does not provide tax advice and is not responsible for your tax compliance.

Content responsibility

  • You are responsible for all content on your Storefront, including product listings, images, descriptions, custom pages, and template customizations.
  • You must ensure you own or have appropriate licences for all content and Packages you list.
  • All content must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy below.

Data protection

As the data controller for your Buyers' personal data, you are independently responsible for GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, and other applicable data protection compliance. If required by law, you should have your own privacy policy. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on the platform's role.

7.Buyer terms

If you are a Buyer making a purchase on a FluxStore-powered Storefront, the following applies:

  • Your purchase is a transaction with the Store Owner, not with FluxStore. The Store Owner is the seller.
  • FluxStore does not warrant, endorse, or guarantee any Packages listed on any Storefront.
  • Refund requests, disputes, and customer support should be directed to the Store Owner.
  • FluxStore facilitates checkout and command delivery but does not control product quality, availability, or the Store Owner's conduct.
  • You may contact FluxStore for platform-level issues only (such as site unavailability or security concerns).

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are entering into a contract with the Store Owner under their terms, not with FluxStore.

8.Subscriptions, gift cards, and coupons

Subscriptions

FluxStore supports recurring billing for subscription Packages. Subscription billing is facilitated through the platform but processed by the Store Owner's Payment Provider. The Store Owner is responsible for communicating subscription terms, pricing, renewal, and cancellation options to their Buyers.

Gift cards

Gift cards are Store Owner-specific, carry no cash value, and are redeemable only on the issuing Store Owner's Storefront. FluxStore is not liable for expired, lost, or unredeemed gift cards.

Coupons and discounts

Coupons and sales are configured and managed by each Store Owner. FluxStore is not responsible for the terms, validity, or availability of any coupon or promotion.

9.Custom domains

Store Owners may configure custom domains for their Storefront via Cloudflare for SaaS. When using a custom domain:

  • You must own or have authority to use the domain.
  • FluxStore provides SSL certificates through Cloudflare for custom domains.
  • FluxStore is not responsible for DNS misconfigurations, domain expiry, registrar issues, or third-party domain disputes.
  • FluxStore reserves the right to remove custom domain configurations that violate these Terms.

10.Intellectual property

FluxStore IP

The FluxStore platform, including the dashboard, checkout UI, templates, branding, code, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of SiriusMC Networks. You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the platform.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to FluxStore (images, product descriptions, custom template code, etc.). By uploading content, you grant FluxStore a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, display, cache, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. This licence ends when you remove the content (subject to reasonable caching and backup periods).

Third-party IP

  • You must not upload or sell content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
  • FluxStore will respond to valid DMCA or equivalent takedown notices and may remove infringing content.
  • Repeated IP infringement may result in account termination.

11.Acceptable Use Policy

All use of FluxStore must comply with the following Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.

Prohibited content

  • Content that is illegal in any applicable jurisdiction
  • Nudity, sexually explicit, or sexualised content
  • Extreme violence, gore, or graphic imagery glorifying violence
  • Hate speech, slurs, or content targeting individuals or groups based on protected characteristics
  • Content promoting illegal drugs, weapons, or controlled substances
  • Gambling or games of chance (unless legally compliant and pre-approved by FluxStore)
  • Content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent product listings
  • Malware, viruses, phishing pages, or malicious code

Minecraft EULA compliance

Store Owners must comply with the Minecraft End User License Agreement and Commercial Usage Guidelines. FluxStore reserves the right to remove listings or suspend stores that violate Minecraft's monetisation rules.

Prohibited conduct

  • Attempting to access other users' accounts or data without authorisation
  • Using the platform to send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Harassment, abuse, threats, or defamatory conduct toward FluxStore staff, other Store Owners, or Buyers
  • Interfering with the platform's security, infrastructure, or availability
  • Automating account creation, scraping, or data harvesting
  • Using FluxStore to launder money, process fraudulent transactions, or evade taxes
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans, limits, or fees
  • Using IP proxies or VPNs to misrepresent your location for the purpose of evading geographic restrictions

Enforcement

FluxStore may investigate suspected violations at any time. Enforcement actions include, in escalating order: warning, content removal, temporary suspension, and permanent account termination. For severe violations (illegal content, fraud, security threats), FluxStore may act immediately without prior warning. FluxStore is not obligated to pre-screen content but reserves the right to review and remove any content at its sole discretion.

12.Chargebacks and payment disputes

Because Store Owners are the merchant of record and connect their own Payment Provider, FluxStore is not involved in chargebacks or payment disputes between Store Owners and Buyers.

  • Chargebacks are handled between the Store Owner, their Payment Provider (Stripe, PayPal), and the Buyer's bank or card issuer. For Stripe Connect stores, FluxStore may receive dispute notifications via webhook events for operational purposes (such as flagging the order in the dashboard), but does not intervene in or manage the dispute process.
  • Store Owners bear all chargeback fees, dispute costs, and associated losses.
  • FluxStore does not offer seller protection, does not absorb chargeback costs, and does not mediate payment disputes.
  • If a Store Owner's Payment Provider account is suspended or restricted due to excessive chargebacks or disputes, FluxStore may suspend the associated Storefront until the issue is resolved.

13.Account suspension and termination

Termination by Store Owner

  • You may cancel your plan and close your account at any time from your dashboard settings.
  • Outstanding Platform Fees must be settled before or upon account closure.
  • You remain responsible for any obligations to your Buyers after account closure, including pending orders, active subscriptions, and unresolved disputes.
  • Data is retained or deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Suspension or termination by FluxStore

  • FluxStore may suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion for breach of these Terms, violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, non-payment, legal or regulatory requirements, or any other reason we deem necessary.
  • Where termination is not for cause, we will provide reasonable advance notice.
  • Where termination is for cause (e.g. AUP violation, fraud), FluxStore may act immediately without notice or refund.
  • No refund of prepaid Platform Fees will be issued upon termination for cause.

Effect of termination

Upon termination, your Storefront and all associated services will be deactivated. FluxStore has no obligation to deliver commands, maintain storefronts, or provide any services after termination. Pending Buyer orders and active subscriptions remain the Store Owner's responsibility to fulfil through their Payment Provider.

14.Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. FluxStore does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • FluxStore's total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total Platform Fees paid by the Store Owner in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  • FluxStore is not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • FluxStore is not liable for the actions or omissions of Store Owners, Buyers, Payment Providers, or any third-party services.
  • FluxStore is not liable for Buyer disputes, chargebacks, payment holds, or Payment Provider account restrictions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

15.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FluxStore, SiriusMC Networks, and their officers, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service or breach of these Terms
  • Your sale of Packages, including product liability and consumer protection claims
  • Claims by Buyers related to your Storefront, products, or conduct
  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • Third-party intellectual property infringement claims related to your content
  • Your failure to comply with your Payment Provider's terms

16.Third-party services

FluxStore integrates with third-party services including Stripe, PayPal, Cloudflare, Discord, Auth0, and Mojang/Microsoft. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. FluxStore is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, conduct, or downtime of any third-party service.

Links to external websites on your Storefront are your responsibility. FluxStore does not endorse or control linked content.

17.Fair use

Where features are described as "unlimited" in a plan, they are subject to a Fair Use Policy. Fair use is determined based on reasonable usage relative to comparable stores on the platform. FluxStore reserves the right to contact Store Owners whose usage is significantly above average and request adjustments. Persistent excessive usage may result in service throttling or a request to upgrade to a higher plan.

18.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and version number at the top of this page and notify registered Store Owners via email or a dashboard notice.

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your account before the changes take effect.

19.General provisions

  • Entire agreement: these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and FluxStore.
  • Severability: if any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
  • No waiver: FluxStore's failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or the right to enforce it in the future.
  • Assignment: FluxStore may assign or transfer these Terms. You may not assign your account or these Terms without our prior written consent.
  • Force majeure: FluxStore is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, internet outages, or government actions.
  • Governing law: these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights in your jurisdiction.
