Plans & Pricing

FluxStore has two plans: Free and Pro. The Free plan is full featured. There are no limits on packages, categories, orders, or revenue. Pro adds team collaboration, subscriptions, advanced analytics, and a few other features that matter once your store is established.

What’s included in Free

Every store starts on Free with no credit card required. This is not a trial. It is the full platform with no artificial caps.

Payments & Checkout

Stripe and PayPal with zero platform fees (you only pay the processor’s standard rates). Checkout supports multiple currencies with live exchange rates, and you can upsell with recommendations.

Products

Unlimited servers, packages, and payments. Standard, timed, tiered, and cumulative package types. Pay what you want pricing. Categories with drag and drop reordering.

Discounts & Promotions

Coupons (percentage or fixed amount, with usage limits and expiry), scheduled sales that apply discounts automatically, and gift cards with purchase, redemption, and balance management.

Command Delivery

Delivery happens over WebSocket in real time. You can edit, cancel, or resend pending commands. Bulk retry, global commands, and full delivery tracking are all included.

Storefront

All four built in templates (Clean, Modern, Stellar, Aurora), full theme customization, layout editor for desktop and mobile, custom Liquid templates, custom pages, seven storefront modules, and layout templates.

Domains & Infrastructure

Free subdomain, custom domains with managed SSL, DDoS protection via Cloudflare, global CDN, and maintenance mode.

Management

Order history and management, customer profiles, player bans, basic analytics, data import/export (CSV and JSON), and webhooks.

Security

Fraud protection, encrypted credentials, and chargeback tracking.

What Pro adds

Pro builds on everything in Free. Nothing is removed or limited. It is purely additive. Here’s what you get:

• Team accounts with specific permissions. Invite staff and control exactly what they can access.
• Subscriptions and recurring billing. Sell recurring packages (e.g., monthly ranks) with automatic renewals.
• Custom email templates. Customize the emails your store sends for purchases, receipts, and other events.
• Referral program. Let customers earn rewards for bringing in new buyers.
• Advanced analytics. Retention, lifetime value, cohort analysis, and behavior breakdowns over time, beyond the basic stats on Free.
• Branding removal. Remove FluxStore branding from your storefront.
• Priority support. Faster response times from the support team.
• API access. REST API with API key management for custom integrations and automation.
• Audit log. Track every change made to your store and by whom. Important once you have a team.

All prices are in GBP and include tax.

Pay as you go

Purchase blocks of Pro access with no recurring commitment:

The 90-day option is the most popular. PAYG days do not expire while unused. They only count down while active.

Monthly subscription

£10.99/month, cancel any time. Your subscription renews automatically each month.

How billing works

All payments are processed through Stripe.

A few things worth knowing about how the two billing options interact:

• PAYG days pause while subscribed. If you have remaining PAYG days and start a subscription, those days are saved. When you cancel the subscription, your PAYG days resume.
• You cannot buy PAYG while subscribed. This prevents accidental double payment.
• Cancelled subscriptions run to the end of the billing period. You keep Pro access until your current month ends.
• 3 day grace period on PAYG expiry. When your PAYG days run out, you get three extra days before your store reverts to Free. This gives you time to top up without disruption.

Upgrading

Go to Dashboard > Billing and choose your preferred option. Pro features activate immediately after payment.
