How it works
A few details about billing.
- Payments are processed through Stripe.
- All Pro purchases (PAYG and subscription) settle through your local FluxStore subscription, separately from your store's Stripe Connect account.
- PAYG days pause while subscribed.
- If you have remaining PAYG days and start a subscription, those days are saved. When you cancel the subscription, your PAYG days resume.
- You can't buy PAYG while subscribed.
- This prevents accidental double payment.
- Cancelled subscriptions run to the end of the billing period.
- You keep Pro access until your current month ends, then you revert to Free at renewal time.
- PAYG expiry has a 3 day grace period.
- When your PAYG days run out, you get three extra days before your store reverts to Free. Top up during the grace period and there's no disruption.
- Reverting to Free never deletes data.
- Packages, orders, customers, and configuration all stay. Pro-only features (team accounts, subscriptions, audit log, etc.) become read only until you upgrade again.
