CustomersCustomer Profiles

Customer Profiles

Navigate to Dashboard > Customers to see everyone who has made a purchase on your store. You can search by username or email and sort by name, total spent, or order count.

What profiles show

Click any customer to view their profile. Each profile shows total amount spent, order count, and full order history. Useful for identifying your top customers, investigating support requests, or reviewing purchase history before issuing a refund.

Click any order in the history to jump to the full order detail view.

Showing or hiding personal information

Customer email addresses and names are gated by the Show Customer PII permission. Team members without it see redacted personal data — useful when you want a moderator or junior staff member to look up orders without exposing emails. Owner accounts always see everything.

Show Customer PII is separate from the Orders permission. A team member can view and manage orders without ever seeing the customer’s email or name.

Customer account portal

Customers can view their own orders and manage subscriptions without ever creating a password. From your storefront they click My Account (or visit fluxstore.net/account directly), enter their email, and FluxStore sends them a magic link.

  • The link is valid for 15 minutes from when it’s sent. Within that window it can be used as many times as the customer needs.
  • After 15 minutes the link expires and the customer needs to request a new one.
  • The cross-store portal at fluxstore.net/account shows orders and subscriptions from every FluxStore store the customer has bought from, so a single login covers their whole history.

From the portal customers can view past orders, download receipts, change the renewal server on subscriptions where you’ve enabled that, and cancel or resume active subscriptions (see Subscriptions for the cancel/resume rules per gateway).
