Customer Profiles
Navigate to Dashboard > Customers to see everyone who has made a purchase on your store. You can search by username or email and sort by name, total spent, or order count.
What Profiles Show
Click any customer to view their profile. Each profile includes their total amount spent, order count, and full order history. This is useful for identifying your top customers, investigating support requests, or reviewing a player’s purchase history before issuing a refund.
Click any order in the history to jump to the full order detail view.
PII Visibility
Customer email addresses and names are controlled by the ShowCustomerPII permission. Team members without this permission see redacted personal data. This lets you give staff access to order management without exposing customer privacy. It’s useful for moderators or junior team members who need to look up orders but don’t need to see email addresses or IP addresses.
ShowCustomerPII is separate from the Orders permission. A team member can view and manage orders without seeing any personal information.
Customer Account Portal
Customers can view their own orders and manage subscriptions without creating a password. They click My Account on your store, enter their email, and receive a login link that works once. From the portal they can view past orders, download receipts, and cancel or manage active subscriptions.
