Creating a Store
To create a store, you need a FluxStore account and your Minecraft server’s IP address (e.g. play.example.com). If you don’t have an account yet, sign up at fluxstore.net .
Create Your Store
From the dashboard, click Create Store in the top right corner. You’ll need to fill in a few fields:
- Store Name: the display name your customers will see (e.g. “Cosmic Network Store”).
- Slug: an identifier used in your store’s web address. If you pick
cosmic-network, your store URL becomescosmic-network.fluxstore.net. This is permanent, so choose something short and recognizable. - Server IP: the address players use to connect to your Minecraft server.
- Template: a starting design for your storefront. You can choose from Clean, Modern, Stellar, or Aurora. Don’t overthink this. You can change it later or build a fully custom storefront.
Click Create and you’ll be taken to your new store’s dashboard.
Your Store URL
Every store gets a free subdomain at yourstore.fluxstore.net. The slug you chose during creation determines this URL. If you want to use your own domain (like store.myserver.gg), you can set that up later. See Custom Domains.
The slug and subdomain are permanent and cannot be changed after creation. Choose them carefully. If you need yours changed, please contact support.
What to Do Next
Your store starts with maintenance mode enabled, so only you can see it. Before going live, work through this checklist:
- Add packages: create categories and the items players can buy.
- Connect your server: install the FluxStore plugin so purchases are delivered automatically.
- Customize your storefront: adjust branding, theme colors, and layout.
- Set up payments: connect Stripe or PayPal so you can accept money.
Once everything looks good, turn off maintenance mode from Store Settings > Maintenance and your store goes live. You can turn it back on at any time. See Maintenance Mode.
Make sure you’ve added at least one product and connected a payment gateway before publishing your store.
