FluxStore is currently invite-only. Some sections of this documentation are still being written and expanded.

Checkout

Configure what information you collect from buyers and what they need to agree to before purchasing. These settings are under Dashboard > Store Settings > Checkout.

Customer Information

By default, FluxStore only requires a Minecraft username at checkout. You can enable additional fields if you need them for support, invoicing, or legal compliance.

SettingDefaultDescription
Require First NameOffAsk for the customer’s first name
Require Last NameOffAsk for the customer’s last name
Require EmailOffAsk for the customer’s email address
Require AddressOffAsk for a billing or shipping address
Disable Name for Free OrdersOffSkip name fields when the order total is zero
Disable Address for Free OrdersOnSkip address fields when the order total is zero

We recommend enabling Require First Name, Require Last Name, Require Email, and Require Address. Having full customer details makes it much easier to handle support requests, process refunds, and fight chargebacks. An email address alone lets you send receipts and contact buyers, but having their name and address gives you stronger evidence if a payment is ever disputed.

Terms & Conditions

If you need buyers to agree to rules before purchasing (refund policy, server rules, etc.), enable terms acceptance and provide your terms content or a link.

SettingDescription
Require Terms AcceptanceRequire customers to accept terms before completing checkout
Terms ContentThe full terms text, or a URL to your terms page
Checkbox LabelText shown next to the checkbox (e.g. “I agree to the Terms of Service”)

You can create a terms page using Custom Pages and link to it here.
